RE: Winter travel

Run the main furnace to heat the interior and storage bays. Put a heater or light bulb in the wet bay. Also, keep the water heater on. That has worked for me spending last winter in northern Delaware.

RE: Camping World or Mom and Pop

Search some You tube videos to answer your question. There are a lot of very unhappy folks who purchased from the Big Guys....but you get to decide. I like the small mom and pop places for personal service and care after the sale. X2 !!!

RE: Driving south and bypass Richmond VA

Here is a completely different route. I81 south to Scranton. I476 south to Philly. I95 south thru Wilmington Route 13 south follow rt13 south thru the entire DELMARVA peninsula to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel Then route 58 west to Emporia. then I95 south. ............. The traffic to and around Philly can be heavy. Once on route 13 it gets much more relaxing. Multiple places to get fuel, food, shopping. Great State Park Campgrounds in Delaware. Great scenery. Farm produce stands. More campgrounds and friendly Walmarts down the peninsula. Friendly Walmart and Cracker Barrel in Emporia. The CBBT may look scary but the experience out ways scary. I drive it in a 38ft pusher towing a Chevy van easily.

RE: What the heck?……..

I like my TV but have camped with no reception. Usually the scenery makes up for no TV.

RE: Has anyone replaced a switch for their Onan generator?

I replaced my interior remote switch years ago. Don't remember the price. Basically plug and play. Just make sure you have the correct part #. Only the plastic button was a little different due to the coaches year. it is a 5500 gas onan with 5,000 hours on a 06 motorhome.
